School Shadowing Support

The role of our Shadow faciliator is to support children in a school setting and enable them to be an active learner in school by promoting positive interactions with peers, customising learning concepts and building self-confidence. Shadow facilitators also equip teachers with various strategies to manage behaviours consistently in different settings.
Providing a shadow teacher who is your enables the child to attend a mainstream class while receiving the extra attention they need to close any behavioural or learning gaps. A shadow teacher is an early intervention specialist who works directly with a single child during his/her early school years. Our shadow teachers are ABA therapists trained to help children understand the rules of play and social interaction. These therapists understand a variety of learning disabilities and support them accordingly.
