Nicole's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of York and a Master's degree in Psychoanalytic Developmental Psychology from University College London. These academic achievements have equipped her with a solid foundation in understanding the complexities of human behavior and development.

Throughout her professional career, Nicole has gained extensive experience working with children who have special needs, including conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and Global Developmental Delay (GDD). This diverse exposure has provided her with valuable insights into the unique challenges faced by these children and the best approaches to support their growth and development.

In her role as a program director and case supervisor, Nicole demonstrates her expertise by designing individualized programs that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each child. By taking a personalized approach, she ensures that every child receives the necessary support and intervention required to thrive. Additionally, Nicole offers consultation, supervision, and training to clients, parents, and staff members, sharing her knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative and informed approach to intervention.

One of Nicole's notable areas of specialization is training parents, caregivers, and teachers in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) skills. By equipping these individuals with effective strategies and techniques, she empowers them to play an active role in the child's development across multiple settings.
