Danny Lim
Early Intervention Teacher
BSc Psychology (MY)
Danny holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Psychology from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. Before his role at Littlefoot Developmental Services, he gained valuable hands-on experience working with children with special needs during his internship as a special education teacher.
Driven by a deep passion for working with children and a fascination with ABA, Danny dedicated his gap year to volunteering as a behaviour therapist assistant. In this role, he implemented evidence-based strategies to encourage positive behaviours, reduce challenging ones, and promote skills development in children with developmental challenges. These experiences refined his ability to support children with diverse needs and reinforced his commitment to creating impactful learning opportunities.
As an early intervention teacher, Danny works closely with young children, focusing on developing foundational skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living through individualised educational plans designed to meet their unique needs. Compassionate and dedicated, Danny is committed to making a meaningful difference in children’s lives through individualised, evidence-based approaches.
