Violet holds a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Psychology from the National University of Singapore. Prior to joining the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis, she gained experience across psychology, healthcare, research, and education, supporting individuals with diverse needs across different stages of life. These experiences strengthened her ability to build meaningful relationships, tailor support to each individual’s strengths, and apply evidence-informed approaches to promote learning and development.
As an ABA therapist, Violet is passionate about supporting children in developing meaningful skills that foster communication, independence, confidence, and social interaction, empowering them to reach their fullest potential. She is committed to continually growing as a therapist and values collaborating closely with children, families, and other professionals to support each child's growth. Guided by evidence-based practice, Violet strives to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing environment where every child feels understood, supported, and encouraged to learn. She believes that every child has unique strengths and can thrive when provided with the right support, encouragement, and opportunities to grow.
